Grasshopper Pie: Just what the Heat Ordered!

What's more refreshing than ice cream? How about frozen mint ice cream with white chocolate chips in an Oreo cookie pie crust? Yep, that'll do it!

This is no-cook proof - I swear it. You can make this wowtastic pie and feel like you've really cheated the system. Watch how simple:

Grasshopper Pie
1 ready-made Oreo Cookie 9" pie crust
2 pints Premium vanilla ice cream, softened
2/3 cup white chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. peppermint extract
1/2 tsp. green food coloring

In a mixer, mix the ice cream until it's smooth, about 10-15 seconds. Add in the extract and chips and mix well - about 10 seconds. Add in the coloring and mix until well colored. If you desire a greener look, add more coloring.  Pour ice cream into the pie crust, cover and freeze. Best made 1 day before.
